Refund Policy

Payments on KingMyCity.com are processed by Polar.sh, our merchant of record. Everything you buy is a cosmetic, digital, bragging-rights item with no cash value: no prizes, no chance.

Thrones

A takeover is delivered instantly when your payment is confirmed: your name goes on the throne. Being dethroned later is part of the game and is not grounds for a refund.

Outbid before your payment landed

If someone else took the throne between opening checkout and your payment completing, we don't give you the throne at the old price. Instead, the full amount is credited to your royal wallet (shown on /me). Email us within 14 days if you prefer a refund to your card instead.

Add-ons

Crown messages, skins, shields, roast lines and HD clips are delivered immediately and are non-refundable once applied, except where required by law or if we failed to deliver them.

Season Pass

You can cancel any time; it stays active until the end of the paid period. We don't refund partial months.

Errors and duplicates

Duplicate charges, technical failures, or charges you didn't authorize are refunded in full. Content removed for breaking the rules is not refunded.

EU/UK consumers

By purchasing, you request immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge you lose the 14-day withdrawal right once it is delivered.

Use the link in your Polar receipt email, or contact us through the Polar customer portal. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
