18+ only. You must be an adult to claim a throne.

How it works

Every city has exactly one throne. Claiming an empty or NPC-held throne costs $1. Each takeover raises the price by $1. The newest payer becomes king until the next takeover.

No prizes, no chance

A throne is a purely cosmetic bragging-rights listing. There are no prizes, no payouts, no cash value, no random outcomes, and nothing to win. Paying always does exactly one thing: puts your name on the throne.

NPCs

Thrones start with fictional Founding Monarch NPCs (marked NPC). They and their takeover history are invented for fun and do not represent real people or real money.

Be nice

Names and crown messages must be playful. No hate, harassment, slurs, impersonation, or personal info. We filter and may remove anything that breaks this, without refund for the removed text.

Payments

Payments are processed by Polar.sh (merchant of record). A throne changes hands only after the payment is confirmed. If someone takes the throne between your checkout and your payment, the full amount goes to your royal wallet. Monthly spending cap: $50 per account. See the refund policy.
